Bust – place the tape measure under your arms around the fullest part of your bust with arms slightly raised. To ensure correct measurement make sure you are not wearing a bra.

 

Waist – measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist (approximately 1” above your navel).

 

Hips – stand with heels together and measure across where the hip bones protrude.

 

Body Length – place the tape measure at the top of the shoulder and measure down through the legs (crutch) and back up to the shoulder.   To ensure correct measurement stand up straight with legs apart.
