Into The Woods

Calisthenics Nationals are done and dusted for another year, and as I previously stated last week I was lucky enough to have SIX very talented young ladies representing my costumes!

Well here is the first one… Miss E and her Graceful Dress

This dress was made at the start of the year, but I do remember the one difficulty I had with making this dress. The design of the embellishments was what stumped me, as the brief was for a square style compared to a traditional V style. A style of embellishment that doesn’t come naturally for me, and therefore this one was a struggle for the good old brain!!!

However, with persistence and a lot of trial and error, I finally got there!

Miss E it has been a pleasure to make your Graceful Dress and to see you shine on the National stage - Via Live Streaming ;). You were absolutely flawless and should be very content with your achievements.
